Author Amy Chua, and her husband, law professor and novelist Jed Rubenfeld, shared their thoughts about raising successful children, live at the New York
Public Library.
For anyone who does not recall, Amy wrote one of the most popular and ‘contraversial’ articles of 2011, titled Why Chinese Mothers Are Superior. The topic discussed strict discipline and how it leads to better child rearing.
The article had close to 9K comments, 370k+ Facebook likes etc. Amy also wrote a best seller on the topic, titled Battle Hymn of the Tiger Mother.
