Weekly financial television series Consuelo Mack WealthTrack launches its 10th anniversary season nationwide on public television beginning this Friday, June 26 at 7:30 p.m. (check local listings) and on wealthtrack.com.

The new season opens with “Low-Cost Advantage, a special on exchanged traded funds (ETFs). WealthTrack Anchor and Executive Producer Consuelo Mack explores why investors are abandoning traditional, actively managed mutual funds in favor of “passive” index funds, particularly ETFs, with experts Matthew Hougan, CEO of ETF.com, a leading ETF research firm, and Matthew Peron, head of global equity at giant wealth management firm Northern Trust. They explain when it is better to invest in ETFs versus traditional mutual funds and how to tell the difference between good and bad ETFs so viewers can make the best investment decisions.

Weekly financial television series Consuelo Mack WealthTrack launches its 10th anniversary season nationwide on public television beginning Friday, June 26at 7:30 p.m. (check local listings). Launched in July 2005, Consuelo Mack WealthTrack remains the only program on television devoted to long-term diversified investing, and is now seen in 88% of U.S. TV households, including 29 of the top 30 markets.
