2:15 PM: Ashton says that emotional mistakes are more common than analytical mistakes in investing. Says good investment opportunities are hard to find.

2:25 PM: Ashton is saying that trailing 12 month multiples should be carefully probed.

2:40 PM: Ashton praises Warren Buffett, says he is a a successful investor because he separates emotional and analytical perspectives.

2:42 PM: Ashton is not a fan of homebuilders. The St. Joe Company (NYSE:JOE) was deceptively under valued a couple of years ago, calls it a value trap. The St. Joe Company (NYSE:JOE) was the famous tug of war between David Einhorn and Bruce Berkowitz a  couple of years ago. Einhorn was short, while Berkowitz was long, he is still the Chairman of St.Joe.
