Domestic diva Martha Stewart isn’t too happy with Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL)’s customer service. Stewart broke her iPad and tweeted a question about whether Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) customer service comes to her door or she takes it over to them. The answer to her message was she should take it over to them. She then responded with, “I am still waiting for an apple rep to come pick up my iPad. No action yet.”

She then tweeted another message five hours later saying, “Maybe I have had a good entrepreneurial idea? Apple Now? Like same day delivery from Amazon? I think I am on to something. Five hours later, Martha Stewart shared another tweet, “So is it time to put out the fires and admit I was just pissed off at the fact my precious ipad shattered and I wanted to make light of it??”

All this venting must have gotten Martha Stewart into trouble. She tweeted a message complaining that Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL)’s public relations got mad at her for tweeting about her tablet. She also mentioned that it was a gift from the late Steve Jobs. She continued to tweet about her problems. On Friday morning, the Today Show contacted her over the phone to chat about her whole ordeal. She claimed that she knew Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) didn’t do house-calls and that she has been inside Apple stores before. She also denied having a squabble with the iPad maker.
Fortunately, Martha Stewart’s ongoing issue with Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) is rather trivial. It doesn’t really have an effect on Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) or their customer service because the company doesn’t make house-calls, even for big name celebrities. This whole ordeal just makes Stewart appear in the wrong.
