Michael Lewis, author of “The Big Short,” “Moneyball” and “Liar’s Poker,” is out with a new book called “Boomerang,” In a recent interview, Lewis stated that he sympathizes with Meredith Whitney after her call for a wave of defaults in the municipal bond market generated an unfair backlash against the financial analyst.
