Apple Placing a Customer Service Office in Moscow
Since Apple doesn’t have any stores in Russia, the country’s consumers will have to ship back returns via mail with a return merchandise authorization (RMA). The website also mentions a list of authorized service providers should the customer receive a defective product. Apple is basing their customer service for the Russian online store in Moscow. The hours for the return and refund call center are in Moscow time.
