Kenneth Rogoff “Europe so far from having a solution, need a new constitution”

Kenneth Rogoff, professor of Economics at Harvard University, told CNBC, “they
are so far from having a solution in Europe, they need a new constitution, they need deep re-structuring, this is not just about Greece this is way deeper than that, it sort of has a certain calm because they are printing money, but that doesn’t work.”
