A look at HTC’s latest smartphone

This phone is reported to go on sale sometime in September. Although the price was not mentioned, it is predicted the new smartphone will be very affordable. The Desire 820 also comes in a wide range of nice colors including Tuxedo Gray, Marble White, Milky-way Gray, Santorini White, Blue Mist, Monarch Orange, Flamingo Grey, Tangerine White, and Saffron Grey.

The new phone will also be compatible with HTC’s Dot View case.

HTC’s latest phone appeals to selfie fans

Although the phone’s display is not as sharp as some may have hoped for, it still manages to get the job done. HTC’s chief executive officer Peter Chou explained how his company merged the most advance technology with the most impressive entertainment experience and a bold new design. He sums up the HTC Desire 820 as a great affordable smartphone.

Perhaps one of the best things about this new phone is that it is the ideal phone for selfie fans. The 8 megapixel front facing camera is the highest resolution featured in a front facing camera on a mobile phone. The device includes impressive software features such as digital makeup and two image morphing capabilities. For the Instagram generation, this budget-friendly smartphone offers a lot of possibilities.

HTC is one of the more popular Android smartphone brands thanks to it’s rich design aesthetic and high-quality products. This new phone adds yet another great product to the brand’s line and offers tech shoppers more options to choose from.
