Frank Lyon Polk III – Bio

Frank Lyon Polk III graduated from Hartwick College with a B.A. in Business and began his career as a financial advisor at Citigroup. During his time at the company, he helped found Citi’s Institutional Investment Group and eventually became the Director of the Portfolio Management Group. When Morgan Stanley acquired Smith Barney from Citigroup, Lyon created the Polk Wealth Management Group within Morgan Stanley’s Private Wealth Management division. He has been named as one of Barron’s Top 100 Financial Advisors in the U.S. from 2009-2015 and was ranked #9 on the 2015 list. Lyon gives back to the community by volunteering as a Big Brother at the NYC Boys Club and as a board member for the Spence School.
