BrightWire News also gave the same date, citing the same analysts as First Financial Daily.

Verification process still going on

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) will launch the new gadgets in China after unveiling them in the United States because the next gen iPhone has not completed the verification process required by China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

The rumors about the China launch follow a Nikkei report that says Apple will launch its latest iPhone models in Japan on September 20, which is 10 days after the United States announcement.

The report also states that Qualcomm chips in the upcoming model will be compatible with China Mobile’s telecommunication network standard.

Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd (OTCMKTS:HNHPF) (TPE:2317), popularly known as Foxconn, may begin manufacturing a version of the iPhone 5C, in August, which will support the TDD-LTE used by China Mobile, claims a separate report.

At present the iPhone 5 is not supported on China’s TD-SCDMA standard.

Further, upcoming iPhone 5C will replace iPhone 5 and iPhone 4S will become the entry level iPhone which will in turn make it true budget iPhone. He says that, in the fourth quarter, the iPhone 5 series will come to an end andthe  iPhone 5C phone will be a mid-range phone.
