Twitter used by many

At this handle, women can share their stories of misogyny in the wake of Elliot Rodger’s assault in Friday in Isla Vista, near Santa Barbara, where he killed six people before taking his own life.

On Monday, thousands of followers used # YesAllWomen Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR) hashtag. A user commented that every time she demanded gender equality, she has to explain that there is no hatred for men.

However, quickly another hashtag appeared on Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR) with handle #NoAllMen where one user commented that #YesAllWomen are Beautiful and #NoAllMen are not Pigs! The user further added that there is Evil in the World plain& simple it has always existed and always will.

Rodger justifies his act

Rodger wrote a detailed manifesto and posted videos online before killing, where he confessed women to be the reason behind his anger. Rodger posted a video on YouTube, where he revealed about his planned “day of retribution” describing his life of “loneliness, rejection and unfulfilled desires.”

“I will slaughter every single spoiled, stuck-up blonde slut… All those girls that I’ve desired so much, they have all rejected me and looked down upon me as an inferior man,” he says.

In his video, Rodgers also said that girls have never been attracted to him, and he doesn’t know why. He added that everyone would be punished for this injustice and crime. He continued saying he can’t understand why girls don’t like him as he is the perfect guy and yet these women prefer all those obnoxious men instead of him.

“If I can’t have you, girls, I will destroy you. You denied me a happy life, and in turn I will deny you a life,” Rodger said in his chilling video.
