A week after presently indicted former pharma exec appeared in front of Congress and threatened to “smack” Ghostface Killah, the Wu-Tang Clan rapper, Killah responded with an 11-minute video that makes it pretty clear he’s not a fan of Shkreli.

Shkreli demands an apology

Let’s make this clear, I don’t have a dog in this fight. I don’t much care what Ghostface Killah has to say, but I’m certainly no fan of Shkreli whose actions prior to and smirking in front of Congress really has a “face that only a mother could love” and they may be a stretch given Shkreli’s smugness and decision to raise Daraprim’s prices from $13.50 to $750 per pill, a more than 5,000 percent increase. Darmaprim is used by AIDS patients and pregnant women who suffer from toxoplasmosis, the infection that the drug combats.

He’s just generally, not terrifically easy to like.

Last week, Shkreli, released a profanity laced video calling out the rapper and demanding an apology for the ongoing spat between the two. Shkreli, also suggested that he might erase the one copy of a Wu-Tang record that he a paid $2 million for last year.

Last week, during an interview with a New York radio station, Shkreli said Ghostface “disrespected me” and that “If he were here right now, I’d smack him right in the face.”

Killah won’t be apologizing

“Apologize to who?” Ghostface said on a video that he uploaded to YouTube yesterday, when prompted for a response to the apology demand “this clown” wants.  “Who is this dude I never seen before in my life?”

“This fake Peter Pan cat,” said Ghostface. “Yo, man, you hilarious man. You must be on Ritalin or something. You a fake-a– super-villain.”

Shifting to the aforementioned drug price hike

“People can’t pay that much man,” Ghostface said. “You a real killer man, you’re a real killer. But you’re a soft killer,” Ghostface said. “Youse a clown.”

“You ain’t been through nothing … you never been in the crib with welfare cheese and fried bologna and all that stuff like that for dinner at night.”

Then Ghostface brought three women into the video.

“Look, Martin, if you was my son, I’d whip you a–. I’d give you an a—whupping, because what you’re doing is so foul.”

“I need to put you over my knee,” another woman said to the camera.

Killah’s video followed by a lawsuit

After the release of the video, Shkreli was served with a $2 million lawsuit over the aforementioned Wu-Tang album by Jason Koza who did the artwork for the album.

After admitting that he bought the album to “keep it from the people,” Shkreli earned the ire of the artist.

Koza claims in the lawsuit that the artwork that he did for an auction  was to appear online regarding the auction, but that the nine pieces of original art had no license or permission to be copied or displayed elsewhere, such as on the album packaging itself.

He’s seeking unspecified damages.
