The Samsung Galaxy S4 is now available through pre-order through select US mobile carriers including AT&T and US Cellular. On the AT&T website, the ship date is on April 30. Unfortunately, the pre-order option is only available in certain cities. According to CNET’s Lance Whitney, upon entering several different zip codes into the location search box, a message appears that says, “the device you’ve selected is not available in your area.”
Apparently customers in certain locations are able to submit pre-orders. There were a few tipsters that reported to Engadget that the device is available in some locations.

The Galaxy S4 is available for $199 with a two-year contract and $639 for non-contract. The new phone is available in two colors, Black Mist or White Frost. There is a pre-order button on the front page and you just need to click on that button to make your order.

Now that this smartphone is set to arrive, Samsung will likely take the lead in smartphone market until Apple releases the highly-anticipated iPhone 5s.
