Oh no, not again. Living in Austin, I’ve been concerned with an inflating bubble for the last few years. House prices are skyrocketing; most houses have bids within minutes of listing. Some even get bid to up in the hundreds and thousands above the asking price. This bubble here is gonna burst, and I just hope my rent goes down.
