But insiders at the iPhone maker have bought shares only occasionally. Apple’s VP, Corporate Controller Luca Maestri has been the most frequent trader since April 15. Maestri purchased 1,794 shares of the company on April 15. He sold 267 shares at $568.89, 200 shares at $562.19, 100 shares at $565.30 and 300 shares at $567.28.
Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL)’s SVP Craig Federighi bought 1,250 shares of the company, and 629 shares at $517.96 apiece. Both of Craig’s transactions took place on April 15. On the other hand, Daniel Riccio sold 616 shares of the company on April 22 in three different transactions.
Facebook insiders selling their holdings like crazy
A quick look at Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB)’s insider trading shows that executives at the social media company have been aggressively selling their holdings. Talking about the 10 latest insider transactions at Facebook, only one executive Sheryl Sandberg bought shares of the company, though she also offloaded a big chunk of her holdings. Sandberg purchased 74,940 Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) shares on April 15. But she has collectively sold 322,446 Facebook shares in the last two weeks of April in different transactions.
Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) chief technology officer Mike Schroepfer sold 59,952 share on April 15, CFO David Ebersman offloaded 35,100 Facebook shares between April 15 and April 30 in three different transactions. Meanwhile, chief accounting officer Jas Athwal sold 3,000 class-A shares at $60.42 apiece on May 1.
Plug Power insiders seem to be confident about its future
