We all have those days where it’s almost impossible to focus on work. You’ve got deadlines, you know the work needs to be done, but all motivation and focus to get the work done has been sapped from your body, you just sit there staring at the work something akin to a zombie. It’s not really surprising, we live in an age with a million and one distractions, in a multitude of different forms and varying levels of interaction.
