I was on CNBC this afternoon, talking about BP and what we call “Panicked Headline Investing”: During the segment, I discussed buying Jeffries and Netflix (and debated the latter, which reports earnings on Tuesday, with my friend Herb Greenberg), and warned viewers that not all beaten down stocks with toxic headlines are good buys – for example, we are still short Nokia, RIMM and First Solar.
