FOX BUSINESS NETWORK SCORES HIGHEST-RATED STATE OF THE UNION COVERAGE IN NETWORK’S HISTORY

FOX Business Network’s (FBN) special coverage of President Trump’s first State of the Union address (9-10:30PM/ET) scored 572,000 in total viewers and 102,000 in the 25-54 demo, making it the highest-rated State of the Union coverage in the network’s history.

Anchored by Neil Cavuto, alongside Maria Bartiromo, Lou Dobbs and Trish Regan, FBN’s special coverage also outpaced CNBC’s primetime offering of Shark Tank repeats (374,000 total viewers) by 20 percent.

Additionally, FBN topped CNBC across Business Day, Primetime and Total Day viewers. Averaging 259,000 in Business Day, FBN was 20 percent ahead of CNBC which pulled in 215,000 viewers. FBN’s primetime coverage (447,000) outperformed CNBC (374,000) by 20 percent. Total Day earned 248,000 for FBN, 20 percent ahead of CNBC’s 207,000.
