Less Than 1 In 5 (18%) HR Professionals Are Prepared For The Deployment Of AI In Recruitment

Here are some key stories from the piece:

  • The percentage of recruiters using AI has increased by a third (33%) over the last 5 years, from 25%, up to almost 3 in 5 (58%) today.
  • Despite 3 in 10 recruiters believing AI will play an essential role in recruitment in the future, 17% don’t think that AI should be used in recruitment at all
  • More than a quarter of men (27%) are more likely to trust robots to help them hire, in comparison to just 1 in 10 (10%) women
  • 16-34 year olds working in the industry are also more likely to trust a robot, with 20% saying they would do so, in comparison to 12% of 35-54 year olds and just 7% of those aged 55+
