Restaurant franchise Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:BAGL) surged +6.33%. The David Einhorn pick recently posted better-than-expected results and got an upgrade on its stock price.

Results Lead to Rough Day for Actuate, Idenix, QLogic

Actuate Corp (NASDAQ:BIRT) is the biggest loser of the day midday, its price falling -34.64%. The Soros holding missed expectations on earnings and revenue for Q1 2014.

At a very distant second is small-cap pharmaceutical company Idenix Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:IDIX), down -6.5%. First quarter results were reported yesterday for this Seth Klarman investment.

Last is QLogic Corporation (NASDAQ:QLGC), also down on its results. It fell -6.05% and it is yet another Soros allocation in the red this Friday.
