According to Moskovitz’s latest Schedule 13G filing with the SEC, he has sole voting power over 42,323,109 shares, and shared voting power over 53,079,662 shares. The filing showed that Moskovitz has sole voting power over 7,397,464 class-A shares through Dustin Moskovitz 2008 Annuity Trust, and 34,925,645 class-A shares via Dustin A. Moskovitz Trust.
