Moody’s Corporation (NYSE:MCO) has updated its sovereign ratings outlooks through November, and shows that nearly three quarters of all sovereigns have stable outlooks. Also shown is how the current rating deviates (if at all) from the rating assigned in January.
The outlook in Western Europe is less negative than it was at the start of the year, but the region is still in bad shape.
