Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL)’s upcoming Worldwide Developers Convention for 2013 will kick off later this month, but to help developers prepare for the big event, the company just released the official iOS application for the event. The new app (which was designed for both iPad and iPhone) will feature session videos from this year’s event and will be exclusive to registered developers.
Other features in this new app include the ability to browse through locations, times, or descriptions for events. It also features the ability to mark scheduled events as favorites, watch one event on one device and finish watching it on another device, current news reports and notifications from the event, maps of the location at Moscone West, offer feedback on session content and speakers, and add your attendee information to Passbook for faster on-site registration.
Apple WWDC 2013 Event:
The WWDC 2013 will be an event that’s focused on the upcoming versions of iOS and OS X. The highly anticipated iPhone 5S and the next iPad will most likely be introduced some time in the late summer or early fall. However, a glimpse at iOS 7 should give us a sneak peak into what we might expect from the next iPhone.
Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) fans are anticipating for the next iPhone and although there are plenty of rumors involving the gadget going around, they are still waiting for some sort of confirmation of what to expect. The introduction of the iOS will give fans a little bit of information as to what we might expect from the next smartphone.
International Business Times reports a rumor that claims the iPhone 5S will feature Retina or IGZO display, A7 quad core chip processor, 13 megapixel camera, 128GB of internal storage, and better battery life. Rumors also suggest the next iPhone may lack NFC support and that has some Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) fans a little bit concerned.
None of these rumors have been confirmed by Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL).
