Polen discusses in depth; Benjamin Graham, Warren Buffett, value line, and overall the value investing approach to investing. Value investing did not gain its popularity until 2000 or so, so this is really interesting to see from the 1980s. Polen notes how much investors made on Berkshire stock. They have made even more 30 years later.
