With all that hype concerning Apple’s forthcoming iPhone X and Google Pixel 2, we completely forgot about the Huawei Mate 10. The official sheet with the Huawei Mate 10 specs hasn’t been revealed yet. We took a look at the leaks that emerged a few weeks ago, although it is not clear whether they are accurate or not. That being said, Huawei itself didn’t make any confirmations regarding the leaks that have flooded the web over the last couple of weeks. The only official information we have regarding the Huawei Mate 10 is that the company will fully unveil its forthcoming flagship on October 16.
As you may know, there were mentions of the 4,000 mAh battery making an appearance on Huawei’s new flagship smartphone, along with the Kirin 970 chipset, which is rumored to be very robust. Recently, a promotional poster emerged in China, and it reveals more details regarding the Huawei Mate 10 specs. Unfortunately, that’s as far as the information goes, as the poster doesn’t say anything more than we already have heard.
If it’s accurate, the translated poster confirms that the Huawei Mate 10 sports a 6.2-inch display. Furthermore, the display supposedly has a 2160 x 1080 resolution. Another highlight worth mentioning is the LEICA dual-lens camera with 20 MP and 23 MP sensors. The poster also says the device will have a 4,000 mAh battery. Given these specifications, the Huawei Mate 10 will face tough competition from Apple, Samsung, and Google.
It is rumored that the Huawei Mate 10 will come with a $650 price tag in China, while its larger sibling, the Huawei Mate 10 Pro, will reportedly cost $835. It is, however, expected that Huawei’s forthcoming flagship smartphone will be more expensive in the rest of the world.
Those who are fond of Huawei’s smartphones are looking forward to the day when the Chinese company will publicly reveal the Huawei Mate 10 specs, most likely because the company made a promise that the new flagship smartphone won’t cease to amaze us. In only six days, we will know for sure whether the Huawei Mate 10 hype is justified.
It is believed that Huawei will unveil two more smartphones in addition to the Huawei Mate 10. However, the names haven’t been released publicly yet. It is thought that those two smartphones will be an improved version of the Huawei Mate 10 Pro (code-named Blanc) and the Huawei Mate 10 Lite (not confirmed yet), an entry-level version of the Huawei Mate 10 also known as Alps.
Basically, there haven’t been a lot of leaks regarding the Huawei Mate 10 specs, aside from those revealed by the famous leaker Evan Blass. There are not many things we can do until the Huawei Mate 10 makes its debut publicly on October 16.
