Florida senator Bill Nelson identified the Fort Lauderdale airport shooter as Esteban Santiago. The TSA announced that the airport is currently in an active shooter situation after reports of a second incident. A total of five people have been confirmed dead by the Broward County Sheriff. Eight people were sent to a local hospital. Trump and Obama have been briefed and are monitoring the situation.  There were reports of a second shooting and terrorism involvement but that appears to be false at this point.
