iDreamSky Gains
Neff Corporation surged +11.4% today, ending the day priced at $10.46. Last week, Avondale Partners started coverage on the stock, issuing an outperform rating and giving it a price target of $16.00. Billionaire Leon Cooperman has a small stake in the equipment rental company.
[drizzle]iDreamSky Technology climbed +8.12%, just a week after falling to a new 52-week low. Despite today’s gain, the mobile game publishing platform is down -55.56% YTD. George Soros has taken a hit on this one, as has Chase Coleman’s Tiger Global.
Tasman Metals rallied +7.87% this Monday and is up +20.24% year-to-date. As of his most recent 13F filing, George Soros holds 1.67 million TAS shares.
Oasis Petroleum Dips
Penn Virginia dipped -8.25% today, putting its one-year performance at -57.05%. George Soros owns six million PVA shares – more than 8% of the company.
Oasis Petroleum hit market close priced at $12.67, posting a loss of -8.19% for the day. An independent exploration and production company, Oasis climbed after last week’s Federal Reserve statement. However, the stock is still down -23.4% year-to-date, weighing on the portfolios of billionaires John Paulson and Ray Dalio.
Transportation holding company Kansas City Southern fell -7.96% this Monday after cutting its full-year revenue outlook and issuing weak guidance. Billionaire Richard Chilton has a small position in KSU.
