Investment analyst and entrepreneur Marc Faber spoke with FOX Business Network (FBN) about the Federal Reserve and whether it will continue to print money. Faber said, “I think the Fed would like to see the stock market going down somewhat so they can go public and say look we need to ease more.” He went on to say, “The thinking of the Fed is regardless of if they are in a bad position they will argue it is better to print than not to print.”

On whether the Federal Reserve will continue to print money:

“I think the Fed would like to see the stock market going down somewhat so they can go public and say look we need to ease more otherwise asset markets will decline and we have a problem. So the thinking of the Fed is regardless of if they are in a bad position they will argue it is better to print than not to print.”
