IMAX Corporation (NYSE:IMAX) CEO Richard Gelfond spoke with FOX Business Network’s (FBN) Liz Claman at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland about the company’s international outlook for 2013. Gelfond said “there is no doubt in my mind international is going to continue to go up as a percentage at the box office.” Gelfond went on to say that “our network is expanding internationally much faster than it is domestically.”

On whether he thinks IMAX Corporation (NYSE:IMAX) will do well internationally this year:
“I think there’s no doubt in my mind international is going to continue to go up as a percentage at the box office – it will do it in the regular movie industry because of the rising middle class around the world, and it will do it in IMAX partly because our network is expanding internationally much faster than it is domestically. So I think in ‘13 or I would be surprised if I didn’t see international for us bigger than domestic.”
