Walgreens has filed a $140 million lawsuit against Theranos, according to The Wall Street Journal. Under a now-defunct partnership, Theranos ran blood-draw sites in 40 Walgreens locations in the Phoenix area and one in northern California; those in Phoenix were closed in June.

This is the second lawsuit to be levied against the blood-testing company. Hedge fund and Theranos investor Partner Fund Management filed suit last month, alleging the company claimed its technology could do more tests than it was actually capable of and that it overstated its progress through different FDA approval processes.
