Tiger Global Picks Zulily, FireEye Plunge Midday

The top midday gainers on Wall Street this Wednesday are Caesars Entertainment Corp (NASDAQ:CZR), Enphase Energy Inc (NASDAQ:ENPH) and Mondelez International Inc (NASDAQ:MDLZ). On the flipside are losers Zulily Inc (NASDAQ:ZU), FireEye Inc (NASDAQ:FEYE) and Extreme Networks, Inc (NASDAQ:EXTR).

Caesars Announcement Spurs Price Surge

Caesars Entertainment Corp (NASDAQ:CZR) surged +14.31% after announcing the decision to sell a minority interest in one of its units. This is good news for shareholders Leon Cooperman, John Paulson and George Soros.

Second comes Enphase Energy Inc (NASDAQ:ENPH), its price jumping +14.24%. The Daniel Loeb pick provided strong revenue and earnings guidelines on today’s release.

Also getting a boost from its results announcement is Mondelez International Inc (NASDAQ:MDLZ), up +7.18%. A Soros and Warren Buffett pick, the food and beverage company is now up +7.71% YTD.

Zulily, FireEye Plunge

Zulily Inc (NASDAQ:ZU)’s results provided a grim picture on the company’s earnings, leading the Tiger Global pick to tank -30.30% by midday today.

Shares of FireEye Inc (NASDAQ:FEYE) are also down, their price falling -24.05% – another hit for Tiger.

The stock price of Extreme Networks, Inc (NASDAQ:EXTR) fell sharply as well, plunging -22.32. The firm reported worse-than-expected earnings and is now down -41.40% YTD.
