Temp Staffing Rebounds Over 2011 Levels

As we are back to the first full week of the year, it is time to check on the temp staffing index. The early results back the view we have held for some time that employment will accelerate into Q1 of this year. The Index rebounded to 84, above last year’s beginning of the year reading. It also marks the best year beginning since pre-recession 2008. In chart form:
