MediaFire App Launches on Android, Offers 50GB Free Storage Space Are you among those who think the 1 or 2 GB free space offered by cloud storage apps is inadequate? Then you would be glad to know that MediaFire has finally launched its cloud storage app for Android, and offers a whopping 50 GB storage space.

MediaFire started operations as a file storage, backup and sharing service back in 2005, fast forward to 2013, the company has launched an application for Android users which promises to provide a “complete and easy to use service for managing your digital stuff.” Well, as they say, it’s better late than never.

All MediaFire app users will get 50GB free space to store their digital media, allowing them to access all their documents, photos, and videos from anywhere.

You can upload pictures and videos directly, upload images from your Gallery, create and manage folders, share files with others and search for all your digital content via the search option. The app also allows you to view docs, spreadsheets, presentations, video, and listen to audio. Besides that, all your files can be accessible through the MediaFire.com website.
