Roc Nation, the entertainment company founded by Jay Z, has announced a startup platform named ARRIVE. The new enterprise will partner with a select group of early-stage startups to provide brand services, business development assistance, advisory services and capital. ARRIVE also anticipates the launch of a traditional venture firm to support companies through subsequent growth stages. The platform was formed in collaboration with Primary Venture Partners, which will serve as a venture advisor, and GlassBridge Asset Management, which will provide institutional and operational support.

Jay Z

This news comes a couple of weeks after reports broke that Jay Z is working to launch a venture fund focused on making seed investments in tech companies. ARRIVE is believed to be a separate entity from that project.
