On July 30, 2014—following the Federal Reserve’s July FOMC meeting—Portfolio Manager and Principal Jay Kaplan, joined by The Wall Street Journal’s Chief Economics Correspondent Jon Hilsenrath, was a returning guest on Fox Business News’ “Countdown to the Closing Bell” with host Liz Claman.

“I think the consensus thinks short-term rates are going up next year,” said Jay on the Fed’s July statement. “I’d agree with that, so it’s kind of priced in,” he added.

Jay also discussed where he is currently finding opportunities.
