Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) is set on launching its new smart phone, the iPhone 5s, in the coming week and fans of the company are rabidly looking for hints about the device. There are plenty of rumors out there, and a certain amount that we know for certain.
We’re pretty sure that the iPhone 5s will be launched at an event on Tuesday September 10 in California, and that it will be the next premium smart phone for Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL). The device is expected to see the same pricing and availability as other iPhones, though it may become available in international markets, particularly China, a little earlier this time around.
iPhone 5s specs
The iPhone 5s will have the next generation A7 processor designed by Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL). Apple have always managed to use processors that are a little slower than premium Android phones in the iPhone, because the company’s operating system is much better optimized to deal with it.
That means that the iPhone 5s processor, the Apple A7, is likely to be slower than the top of the range offerings from Nvidia and Qualcomm on paper. The phone is likely to have 2Gb of RAM, keeping up with most of the premium offerings in the Android markets.
The iPhone 5s screen is likely to be the same model used in the iPhone 5. That means it’s going to be four inches along the diagonal. The model will probably have the same pixel density as the iPhone 5.
iPhone 5s body
The next iPhone will come in three colors. Black and white iPhone are common enough to neglect mentioning, but the Champagne colored iPhone is the next big thing at Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL). Nobody is sure why Apple chose to bring color to the iPhone range, or why gold, or champagne, was the first port of call. Those willing can pick up a gold iPhone when it’s released.
Apart form color, the iPhone 5s is likely to be the exact same shape as the iPhone 5. There is likely to be some change to the design in order to differentiates the designs, but there’s no telling what Apple will bring to the table on that front.
The iPhone 5s as said by many analysts is going to be one of the best smart phones of all time, and Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) fans are going to be queuing up top buy it. Release day is Tuesday, and the world will be watching.
