Google Earth for Android Gets Updated, Adds Street View & More

Google Earth – the one stop destination for maps and viewing directions, received an update on the Android platform. This new updated Google Earth app for Android brings several important improvements to the table, and most notably, Google brings support for Street View.

Android users were craving for the Street View from a long time and finally their prayers are answered.

If you want to explore the Earth from the street level, the first thing that you’ll need to do is to update your Android app. Next, zoom-in to an area which you wish to see the street view, and then if the street view is available for that area, then you’ll see a little guy in the right hand corner. Simply drag and drop him into the street to view Street View.
