JOINT STATUS REPORT REGARDING AUGUST STATUS CONFERENCE
In accordance with the Court’s Order dated August 5, 2014 (Doc. 78), the parties have conferred regarding the rescheduling of the status conference originally set for August 7, 2014. Because of scheduling conflicts affecting counsel for Plaintiffs, Plaintiffs respectfully propose that the status conference be held during the afternoon of Wednesday, August 13 rather than on Monday, August 11. Counsel for Plaintiffs and Defendant are available at any time during the afternoon of August 13. If the Court is not available on August 13, the parties can make them-selves available for a status conference on Monday, August 11 starting at any time between noon and 2:00 p.m.
In accordance with this Court’s Orders of April 4, 2014 (Doc. 40) and April 9, 2014 (Doc. 41), the parties hereby notify the Court that the following attorneys for the Fairholme Plaintiffs plan to appear in person at the status conference:
