The Sandler Plus Offshore fund was up approximately 1.4% during Q4 and finished the year up ~8.8%. The average l/s hedge fund was up 2% for the year.

 

The three largest purchases, were common equity of Rockwell Automation, Inc. (ROK), Spectris plc (SXS), and Clean Harbors, Inc. (CLH).

 

Fund is re-opening to investors on February 1st.
