Ray’s TED Talk was released to the public today on TED. The talk focuses on Ray’s and Bridgewater’s use of radical transparency and algorithmic decision-making, and explains how Ray developed his Principles and used them to form the basis of Bridgewater’s culture today. In the talk he demonstrates one of Bridgewater’s tools.
