Cantor Fitzgerald CEO: Debt Ceiling Is Real Fiscal Cliff

On whether the debt ceiling is the new fiscal cliff:

“Let’s talk about the fiscal cliff that’s coming. You know the nonsense was December 31st  – that was the fiscal cliff. You want to see the fiscal cliff – the debt ceiling. The debt ceiling next month it starts and the Republicans are not going to give. They’re going to say I gave you tax hikes I want to see spending cuts and when Obama says I’m not giving you spending cuts without more tax hikes you’re going to see the republicans cross their arms and say I’m not playing we’re going off that cliff.”
