PEMBROKE, Bermuda–(BUSINESS WIRE)–AXIS Capital Holdings Limited (“AXIS Capital”) (NYSE:AXS) today stated that its merger agreement with PartnerRe Ltd. (“PartnerRe”) (NYSE:PRE) is superior to the revised offer from EXOR S.p.A. (“EXOR”).
