The Black Friday is just over a week away, and most retailers have revealed what they have in store for the big shopping day. Gaming enthusiasts may be interested in what GameStop has to offer this holiday season. Folks at BFADs.net have leaked GameStop’s Black Friday ad, and it sure looks exciting. The video game retailer is offering exciting discounts on PlayStation 4, Xbox One S, several games, and accessories.
Surprisingly, GameStop hasn’t left out Nintendo 3DS. It means Nintendo fans too have something to look forward to. The big sale will begin at 5 a.m. on Black Friday when all GameStop stores open across the United States. Fortunately, the deals are valid through Sunday, Nov.27. Here are all the discounts the retailer will be offering this Black Friday:
PlayStation 4 deals
The 500GB PlayStation 4 “Slim” Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End bundle will be available at $249.99, flat $50 off the regular price of $299.99. The deal also includes your choice of Ratchet & Clank or The Last of Us Remastered. However, this deal is good only on Black Friday. The retailer is offering $20 off the standard Black DualShock 4, reducing the price to $39.99.
The price of pre-owned standalone PlayStation 4, which sells for $299.88, will be slashed to $224.99. It should have been much lower than that considering the consoles are pre-owned.
On the games side, PlayStation exclusive titles like Dragon Quest Builders, Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration, and World of Final Fantasy will be available for just $39.99 each. Their regular price is $59.99. Ratchet & Clank and The Last of Us Remastered will go for $9.99 each. Killing Floor 2, which is coming next week, will be selling at $29.99 versus the regular price of $39.99.
The PlayStation 4 Pro is out now, but GameStop’s Black Friday deals won’t apply on this console as it’ new.
GameStop Black Friday: What’s in store for Xbox fans?
The retailer will be offering $50 off any new Xbox One console. The Xbox One Minecraft bundle with 500GB storage will go for $249.99. The 1TB bundle of Xbox One S with Gears of War 4 will sell for $299.99 instead of $349.99. If you want to buy the Gears of War 4 itself, you can get it for $34.99, 25% off the regular price. The pre-owned standalone console is selling for $219.99 compared to the regular price of $288.99.
The Xbox Live Gold 3-month and 6-month subscription cards will be available for $14.99 and $29.99. That’s $10 off the regular price.
For Nintendo fans
The Nintendo 3DS Super Mario bundle will be available for $99 compared to the usual price of $149.99. You can get a pre-owned Wii for just $40. Wii is outdated, but $40 is practically a steal for the sort of gaming experience it offers.
