In the past few years, the Canadian smartphone maker has lagged significantly behind customers in the smartphone market, but the company is not losing hope. The BlackBerry Passport was launched in September and went on sale a couple of months ago. The square-shaped phone was available online, along with in offline stores in September, but the company’s stock was soon exhausted. The company did not say anything about refilling its stock, but after the wait, it can be now purchased online at the company’s store. The price of the phone continues to be $599 unlocked.

The BlackBerry Passport sports a display screen of 4.5 inches with a resolution of 1440×1440 pixels, a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor clocked at 2.2GHz, Adreno 330 graphics, and 3GB of RAM. The phone comes with 32GB of internal storage capacity, microSD support for additional memory of up to 128GB, a 13-megapixel rear camera, a 2-megapixel front shooter, and a 3,450 mAh non-removable battery. It has a three-line QWERTY keypad and touch-enabled screen.
