Fannie Mae / Federal National Mortgage Assctn Fnni Me (OTCBB:FNMA)’s new filing in the Fairholme lawsuit, They are bringing in a financial expert to pore over the reams of documents arriving daily. A little about Michael Green; “Nationwide expertise in mergers and acquisitions involving financial institutions, corporate valuations, and valuations of illiquid securities. Mike’s experience also includes fair value analyses, valuation of intangible assets including core deposit studies, regulatory business plans and litigation support services. Prior to becoming a founding partner of Feldman Financial Advisors in 1996, Mike worked for ten years for Kaplan Associates and the First Boston Corporation. Mike holds a BA degree in Finance and Economics from Rutgers University.”
I am glad to see that Fairholme attorneys are protecting the governments “confidential” material and not risking a “doomsday” scenario. I have lot of thoughts that I should be able to work into a post soon. Keep the Faith!
