The update will continue once the battery has enough power.” However, even after the users charged it for nearly half an hour, the phone showed the error code 80188309 in the Settings Control Panel.

In took the author three attempts to update to the latest interface. According to the author, similar issues were noticed in the previous updates also.

Beamer app not compatible with Lumia 820 and 920

Even if one locates it in the app store, the error message says for the Beamer app says it is not compatible for the Lumia 820 and 920 apps. On contacting customer care, the representatives first said that it might be a regional issue, and suggested users download from the other region’s store. Overall, there was no relief for the users even after trying everything to get the apps downloaded.

Users are also not able to download Black-specific Nokia apps like Nokia Camera and Nokia Refocus. They are getting a message “not available for your device” in the Windows Phone Store.

Nokia Corporation (NYSE:NOK) (BIT:NOK1V) (HEL:NOK1V) is expected to resolve the issue soon because the customer base of Lumia phone users have increased since the launch of Lumia 800, and the latest features of Lumia Black have been met with a good response from customers.
