“It’s all about us trying to understand what customers what. Our United Parcel Service, Inc. (NYSE:UPS) store serves small businesses, startup businesses and home offices, so we asked them, what do you need? A lot of them came back and said we would love to have a 3D printer because we don’t have the capital to invest in this ourselves, so if you do that we can go out and have models for our customers. It’s us saying what do our customers want and let’s be a step in front of the customers.”
