On Tuesday, July 25, Investors Unite Executive Director Tim Pagliara hosted a teleconference alongside Cooper & Kirk partner Pete Patterson, who represents plaintiffs for Fairholme Funds who are litigating against the federal government for its overreach in implementing the Net Worth Sweep of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s earnings.
Pagliara and Patterson discuss the recently unsealed documents that further prove government officials carefully executed a plan to illegally plunder Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
