  1. U.S. Postal Service (About 565,000)

Founded in 1971, it is an independent agency of the federal government that delivers mail at uniform cost and quality to all Americans. The postal service does not get tax dollars for meeting its operating expenses; rather it depends on its services to fund its operations.

Sinopec Group operates in almost all oil and gas segments, including exploration, refining, and marketing of oil and gas. It also produces and sells petrochemicals, chemical fibers, chemical fertilizers and other chemical products.

Founded in 1941, it is a British contract foodservice company. The company operates in around 50 countries and serves over 5.5 billion meals a year in offices, schools, universities, cultural venues, sports stadiums, hospitals, offshore oil platforms, mining camps and more.
