A message had appeared on Twitter, Facebook, and other networks claiming that the actor was found dead at his residence. The same website had claimed in the past that Jim Carrey, Vin Diesel, Jaden Smith, and John Cena had died.

The Rocky star posted on Instagram to deny the rumors that he was dead.

Stallone’s Instagram post also included the images that insisted that he was suffering from prostate cancer, which caused him to lose hair. The pictures are believed to be from a scene he has filmed. Meanwhile, Sylvester Stallone’s brother Frank Stallone lashed out at the “mentally deranged” and “sick” trolls who were spreading the hoax. 67-year-old Frank said in a tweet, “Rumors that my brother is dead are false. What kind of sick demented cruel mind thinks of things like this to post? People like this are mentally deranged and don’t deserve a place in society.”
